How eBooks are delivered
Branley Living sells eBooks only in digital format. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link, and the eBook will also be available in your customer account.
Delivery is normally completed within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases it may take longer because of payment verification or technical issues.
Formats and compatibility
Each eBook page lists the available file formats. It is your responsibility to check that your device or reading application supports the format you choose.
Files are provided for personal use on your own devices. Branley Living does not provide the reading device or software.
Download links and access
Download links are personal to you and must not be shared. Links may expire after a set period or a limited number of downloads, and you can request a new link at any time through your account or by contacting support.
We recommend saving a backup copy of every eBook you purchase.
Problems with your download
If you do not receive your email, first check your spam or junk folder. If the eBook still does not arrive, or the file is damaged or will not open, write to help@branleyliving.com with your order number and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
